Because our products are pet supplements, safety and transparency are our top priorities.

 

Our Refund Policy

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of delivery.


Due to the consumable nature of pet supplements, we do not accept returns.

In eligible cases, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

 

Why We Don’t Accept Returns

 

Pet supplements are ingestible products.

For safety, quality control, and hygiene reasons, returned supplements cannot be restocked or resold.

To reduce unnecessary waste, we do not require products to be shipped back.

If your product is unopened and in good condition, you may choose to share it with a friend, neighbor, or local shelter.

Please do not donate any product that is opened, damaged, or expired.

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the issue

  • Photos, if the product arrived damaged or incorrect

 

Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after review.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or refund.

 

Refund Review & Fair Use

 

We reserve the right to monitor refund requests to ensure this policy remains fair and sustainable for all customers.

Excessive or abusive refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

 

Exceptions

 

  • Gift cards are non-refundable

  • Refund requests submitted after the 14-day window may not be approved
