Kindred Tails offers dietary supplements and related products intended solely for pets.

  • Our products are not veterinary drugs.

  • Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

  • Information provided on the Site is for general informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice.

You acknowledge and agree that results may vary depending on the individual pet, usage, and other factors. No specific outcome is guaranteed.

Always consult a licensed veterinarian before introducing any supplement to your pet, particularly if your pet is pregnant, nursing, has a medical condition, or is taking medication.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any product is appropriate for your pet’s size, breed, age, and health condition. If your pet experiences any adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult a licensed veterinarian.

 

3. USE OF THE SITE

You may use the Site only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to misuse the Site, including but not limited to:

  • Violating any applicable law or regulation;

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems;

5. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & ACCURACY

Product availability, pricing, and descriptions are subject to change without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate information but do not guarantee that descriptions, images, or pricing are error-free or current.

We reserve the right to:

  • Correct errors or omissions;

  • Limit quantities;

  • Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including suspected resale or abuse.

Due to the use of natural ingredients, product color, texture, or aroma may vary slightly between batches. Such variations do not affect product quality or safety.

 

6. ORDERS, PAYMENT & SUBSCRIPTIONS

By placing an order, you represent that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided;

  • All billing and shipping information is accurate and complete.

If subscription purchasing is offered, additional subscription terms may apply at checkout, including billing frequency, renewal, cancellation timing, and product substitutions. Subscription terms are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel fulfillment for failed or reversed payments.

 

7. SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, to the extent permitted by law.

Kindred Tails is not responsible for delays, losses, or damage caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our reasonable control.

 

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Because pet supplements are consumable products, opened or used items are not eligible for return except where required by law.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. 

We do not guarantee that shipping costs will be refunded.

 

9. USER ACCOUNTS

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior.

10. USER SUBMISSIONS & REVIEWS

If you submit reviews, feedback, images, or other content (“User Submissions”), you represent that you own or control the rights to such content.

You grant Kindred Tails a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute User Submissions for business and marketing purposes, unless prohibited by law.

We reserve the right to remove User Submissions at our discretion.

 

11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your interactions with third parties are at your own risk.

 

12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ALL OFFERINGS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

 

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KINDRED TAILS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA.


IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

  • $100, OR

  • THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO KINDRED TAILS IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; your rights may vary.

 

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kindred Tails and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

 

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION; ARBITRATION; CLASS ACTION WAIVER; JURY WAIVER

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

 

15.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating arbitration or court proceedings, you agree to contact us at woof@mykindredtails.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for 60 days.

 

15.2 Binding Arbitration

Except for claims eligible for small claims court, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Offerings shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

 

15.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND KINDRED TAILS AGREE THAT CLAIMS MAY ONLY BE BROUGHT IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS PART OF ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

 

15.4 Jury Trial Waiver

YOU AND KINDRED TAILS WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY.

 

15.5 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles, and the Federal Arbitration Act governs arbitration provisions.

16. MODIFICATION & TERMINATION

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at our discretion.
